This is β-Amyloid amino acid residues 25-35 with a Cysteine residue added on the N-terminal. Aβ (25–35) peptide (GSNKGAIIGLM) is a short fragment of Aβ processed in vivo. It is a highly toxic segment of β-Amyloid.
