Description:
This is amino acids 94 to 110 fragment of human myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG). MOG is a potential target antigen of the central nervous system known to induce autoreactive T-cell response. Studies demonstrated that MOG is also strongly encephalogenic in mice, rats, marmosets, and rhesus monkeys, which is highly relevant to MS.
