DNA Synthesis Chemistry and Modifications
Each oligo nucleotides is coupled sequentially from 3' to 5' direction by using standard B-cyanoethyl chemical reactions, the synthesis cycles starting from deblocking, coupling, capping, oxidation and deblocking, adapted to possible base modifications or labelings. At the end of the oligonucleotide synthesis, the crude product is cleaved from the solid support.
