Description:
This peptide is derived from amino acid residues 52-64 of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) BZLF1 antigen. It represents an epitope for binding of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) B*3501 and HLA B*3508 and is targeted for CTL response in HLA B*3508 virus carriers.
