Description:
This epitope consists of HCMV (human cytomegalus virus) amino acids 176-190 of the pp65 (65 kDa lower matrix phosphoprotein). Source organism is human herpesvirus 5 strain AD169. This peptide is one of 138 peptides spanning the entire HCMV pp65 protein. These sequences overlap by 11 amino acid residues, three of which have been modified with additional lysines.
