Can you provide folic acid or folate oligo conjugation?

Yes, we can conjugate your DNA or RNA oligonucleotide to folic acid at any position within an oligo. The final conjugate will have two isomer, below is the structure of one isomer of the folic acid oligonucleotide conjugate.

Natural folate refers to a complex set of molecules that share a common core structure. The structure of folic acids contains three chemical moieties: a pteridine ring that can be reduced or oxidized, a para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) linker and a variable chain length polyglutamate tail. The pteridine ring and the PABA linker bind 1C units and the polyglutamate tail localizes the molecule within the cell. The reduced form, tetrahydrofolate (THF), is biological active.
