Long non-coding RNA (LncRNAs)

Bio-Synthesis provide  long non-coding RNA, lncRNA synthesis.  We can synthesize these long RNA by solid phase chemical synthesis method or by RNA transcription.
Some modifications also can be incorporated depending the synthesis method. We are capable of synthesizing RNA oligo up to 300 bases completely by chemical method, however yields of chemically-synthesizsed RNA decreased dramatically with increasing length. Alternative method of generating long non-coding RNA by transcription up to thousands of bases in length can be accomplished using bacteriophage polymerases in th process.
