Yes, we can synthesize your oligo with FAM at the 3’ end. Please note that we synthesize in the direction from the 3’ end to the 5’ end. FAM is at first cycle, and this dye will be exposed to acid each time a base is added on. This means that the fluorescent rings could be acid-nicked and opened, thereby decreasing the intensity of the fluorescence.
