Dual Biotin Oligo Modification

Yes, we can incorporate two biotin sequenctially on teh 5' or 3' end of DNA or RNA oligo. Biotin can be added to the 5' or 3' ends of an oligo using either a C6 standard spacer or a TEG long chain tetra-ethyleneglycol, 15 atom spacer. Biotin can also be place at internal sequence using a biotin dT base. HPLC purification is highly recommended for dual biotin modified oligo synthesis.
