Generally it is recommended that oligos be stored lyophilized at -20°C for prolonged periods of time. However, sterile nuclease free water can be used re-suspend oligos. Oligos may also be re-suspended TE (10 mM Tris pH 8.0, 0.1 mM EDTA).
