luminex assay services, genomics DNA/toal RNA extraction from frozen or RNAlater-kept tissues or cell pellets. In
addition, we provide array result validation service, such as real-time PCR and Western blot.

Luminex Assay Service
The Luminex platform utilizes flow cytometry, microspheres, lasers, digital signal processing and traditional chemistry to
provide a flexible platform capable of measuring a few to 100 analytes simultaneously. The platform is ideally suited to a wide
range of applications, from basic research through drug discovery and diagnostics.
We provide high-quality, low-cost, short turn-around time service (usually a week after receiving your samples and assay kit)
for most commercial or custom assays, including but not limited to the following:

Sample Submissions
Please submit at least double the amount of samples (serum, plasma, TCS, cell extracts, nuclear extracts, or DNA) as
required by the kits specified by the manufacturers, just in case the first trial fails. Send the samples in dry ice via a
commercial overnight shipping.

We charge a setup fee of $200, and a flat rate of $20 per sample.

Quality Control
The DNA/RNA we extracted are subjected to quality check. OD ratios of 260/280 and 260/230 are measured by the NanoDrop and the MW profiling are performed by the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer. |
