Can I label the LNA™ oligonucleotides myself?
Yes, our probes can be labeled enzymatically in the 3'-end or 5'-end with the label of your choice, e.g. a radioactive label, DIG or a fluorescent label. Our amino-labeled probes can be chemically labeled with any label containing a free ester group.
