Bio-Synthesis offers custom-made LNA™ oligonucleotides for use in microRNA research, mRNA detection and FISH, RT-PCR, SNP detection as well as any other relevant application. LNA™ oligonucleotides can be used with great advantage in any application where high hybridization specificity is needed, and in particular when the target sequence is relatively short. The high binding affinity of LNA™ allows for the use of short and very specific probes in e.g. in situ hybridization, northern blotting, microRNA profiling and real-time PCR.
